Our store
Our store is a cool oasis in the busy city of Phnom Penh. All the jewellery and gemstones are labelled with descriptions and prices. There are staff to answer your questions, but never pressure to buy.

We provide free no-obligation quotes for custom-work and we also clean and repair jewellery.
In addition to the beautiful stock, we have free WIFI, comfortable seating, a water cooler to refill your drinking water bottle and a bathroom.
Location
We’re a 5-minute walk from the museum, and just behind the royal palace, at Number 7D Street 184.
Opening times
We are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Sunday. No appointment is required. We can open out of hours by prior arrangement.
Payment methods
We accept payment in store by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express, mobile phone transfers from ABA and ACLEDA bank accounts and US dollars, Euros and Khmer riel.
Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all our stock. If you would like a written guarantee, just ask, and we can email you a document customized for your purchase.
More expensive gemstones typically come with certificates from independent testing laboratories.
Resizing, repairs and refurbishments
We are happy to resize, repair or refurbish any piece of jewellery that we have sold where it is possible to do so. A cost may apply. This work includes refinishing white gold jewellery with rhodium to give an as-new appearance.
Exchanges and returns
We are happy to exchange within 30 days of purchase jewellery that is in new, unworn condition for another piece in store of the same value, or a higher value with payment of the balance. We may ask to see proof of purchase. Please note that customised jewellery, such as with a personalised engraving, may not be exchanged. We regret that we are not able to repurchase jewellery.
